Ayurveda – The Oldest Holistic Healing System

Saturday 10th November 10.00 to 12.00pm.

We are pleased to invite Karyn Morgan & Sharon Jackson, two Ayurvedic practitioners for a presentation on Ayurveda, said to be the oldest holistic healing system in the world.

This event is an introduction to Ayurveda. It will give you an insight to the ancient Indian health system that helps maintain the quality & longevity of life, it will give you an overview of the anatomy of digestion, the process of illness/disease and healthy habits from an Ayurvedic perspective.

These events are for students with substantial attendance of regular classes of Iyengar Yoga who are grounded in standing poses.

End of year yoga event

This intensive is suitable for students who have been attending regular classes for at least 1 year.

This workshop will aim to help you energise as well as restore after the hustle and bustle of the Christmas preparations and celebrations.

The cost is £52

Workshop with visiting teacher Uday Bhosale

Sunday 10th of February 2019

10.00am to 3.30pm 

Cost £35 or £30 concessions for students up to 26 years of age or unemployed.

Uday is currently based in the UK, having previously spent over 15 years experience working closely with the Iyengar family and other teachers from the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India. He has taught many different groups including children, sports people, teachers and students of all abilities and levels as well as teaching in the RIMYI medical classes.

This event is open to all students with at least 1 year experience in attending regular classes.

Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop we will put a message on the website and, if you have booked in advance and provided contact details, we will try our best to contact you and give you a full refund. We cannot be liable for any additional expenses that you may have incurred as a result.
If you can no longer attend an event please inform Monica ( or 07597129471) If you cancel more than 3 days before the event we will give you a full refund. After that date, unless a replacement can be found, a £10 admin fee will be due.
